The Meadow SMP Store sells digital products and virtual goods for use on the Meadow SMP Minecraft server.
These may include in-game ranks, items, currency, or other benefits.

By making a purchase from our Store, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are the rightful owner of the Minecraft account used in the purchase.
You understand that all products sold are digital and non-physical.
You agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any purchase if fraud, abuse, or rule violations are suspected.
All items sold on the Store are digital goods delivered through the Meadow SMP Minecraft server or related systems.
Delivery typically occurs automatically after payment confirmation.
In rare cases (such as server maintenance or technical issues), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
If you do not receive your purchase after 24 hours, please contact us at
meadow-smp@hotmail.com with proof of payment and your Minecraft username.
All sales are final once the digital goods have been delivered.
We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered digital items.
Refunds may only be considered if:
You made a duplicate or accidental payment.
A technical error prevented the delivery of your item.
An unauthorized payment (fraud) is confirmed by the payment processor.
To request a refund, email us at meadow-smp@hotmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
Unauthorized chargebacks filed through PayPal or other payment platforms may result in your Minecraft account being permanently banned from the Meadow SMP network until resolved.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase is considered a violation of these Terms.
In such cases, we reserve the right to:
Permanently ban your Minecraft account from the Meadow SMP server and store.
Revoke all in-game ranks, perks, and digital items linked to your account.
Report fraudulent activity to CraftingStore, PayPal, and relevant authorities.
We handle all chargeback investigations through CraftingStore’s payment system.
Purchasing a rank, item, or package does not exempt you from following the Meadow SMP server rules.
Players must always follow our community guidelines.
If you are banned, muted, or otherwise restricted due to a rule violation, you are not entitled to a refund.
Purchases do not grant immunity from enforcement actions.
All prices listed on the Store include applicable Swedish or EU taxes (if required).
Prices are subject to change at any time, but such changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Payments are processed securely by CraftingStore and their integrated payment partners (such as PayPal, or others).
We do not have access to or store your full payment information.
Your transaction is subject to the payment provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Meadow SMP is not liable for any data loss, downtime, or service interruption on the Minecraft server.
We make no guarantees that purchased ranks or items will remain available permanently.
We are not responsible for issues caused by Mojang/Microsoft updates or third-party Minecraft changes.
Purchases are made voluntarily and at your own risk.
All names, logos, designs, and content used by Meadow SMP are owned by Meadow SMP or used under license.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or copy any materials from our Store without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Store or server at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm our community.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
The most recent version will always be posted on our CraftingStore page.
Your continued use of the Store after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, including applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Any disputes will be handled under Swedish jurisdiction.
